We had a lovely stay at this mountain hotel with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Our spacious room had a cozy vibe and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering us delicious breakfast and dinner options. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus to our enjoyable stay. the hiking maps and information provided by the hotel were very useful.

The language barrier was a slight challenge, but the staff made an effort to communicate with us.

The stunning mountain views and location of the hotel were unbeatable. the indoor pool and jacuzzi were a highlight, with incredible views from both. the staff were accommodating and friendly, even if some struggled with English. A little welcome touch was a lovely story left on the bed, accompanied by a cute bag. Plus, the hotel provided helpful information for hikes and a map for easy orientation.

Honestly, I couldn't think of any negatives for this hotel. Everything was just perfect.

The scenic views were breathtaking and made our weekend a memorable experience. Hiking in the mountains was a great way to work off breakfast and dinner, which were good. The staff was very helpful and friendly with map advice. The pool area was our favorite, with the indoor pool and jacuzzi being very relaxing.

Some of the staff couldn't understand us, and we found communication difficult. , the lobby area could use some modernization as it looked dated, but it didn't affect our overall experience.
